Change your life forever

As a skilled ThetaHealer, Donna is dedicated to helping individuals overcome any blocks that may arise during the courses.

Pendulum

Use your Body as a Pendulum

In our upcoming courses, we will explore a Body Pendulum: Harnessing your body as a pendulum to communicate with your higher self. This practice involves posing statement to uncover whether certain beliefs, such as those rooted in fear or scarcity, still serve you.

Begin by ensuring you are well-hydrated and then establish your body's signals for 'yes' and 'no'.

To start, frame your questions in the form of a statement. For instance, saying "My name is Donna" would yield a 'yes', while "My name is Steve" would result in a 'no'. Remember, these inquiries are directed toward your higher self, not the Creator of all that is.

As you delve deeper, you can review your beliefs by making similar statements.

If you are focusing on abundance, you might state, "I know what abundance feels like." If your body signals 'no', consider whether this belief originates from you or possibly from your parents.

For example, ask, "Is this the belief of my mother?" Should the answer be 'yes', this could indicate where your healing journey begins.

This exercise is a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation, helping you to identify and shift limiting beliefs.

Safe Space

A Safe Space to Explore

In this class, you are encouraged to find your comfort zone, creating a safe space for anyone who has experienced abuse or trauma.

The Universe has a way of guiding people to the class who are navigating similar circumstances, making each session unique.

Reflecting on my Spiritual classes with Rayleen years ago, I remember the unwavering commitment and passion we all shared—attending class every week without exception.

On occasion, only a small group of 2 to 5 individuals would show up, often united by a common theme that required our collective attention and healing.

This unique dynamic allowed us to delve deeply into shared issues, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.

With Donna you will be, and feel supported as you take the journey on creating the next version of you!

Chakras

Benefits of Balanced Chakra

The concept of chakras originates from ancient Indian spiritual traditions and refers to the seven main energy centres in the body.

When these chakras are open and balanced, energy flows freely, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

However, blockages or imbalances in one or more chakras can lead to various issues.

For instance, a blocked root chakra may result in feelings of insecurity or instability, while an imbalanced heart chakra might lead to difficulties in forming emotional connections.

Techniques such as meditation, yoga, and certain holistic therapies aim to restore balance to these energy centres, fostering overall harmony and health.

Regularly nurturing and maintaining your chakras can contribute significantly to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

There are many forms of Meditation

My favourites are walking on

 the beach and cooking.

This is when my mind wanders off and therefore I am in a Theta State of Brain.

When meditating, if a thought arises just acknowledge the thought, and let it go!

HINT:

If you are struggling to acknowledge a thought and then let it go during a meditation, you can put your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

If you do this you can't think.

Spontaneous Healings Happen all the Time!

WHAT ARE THETA BRAINWAVES

Brainwaves are a measurement of neural activity in our brain, as neurons communicate with each other in an electrical way. There are 5 Types of Brainwaves: Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta and Gamma.

We experience theta waves when our minds wander off, we go on auto-pilot, we fantasize about the future, and when we daydream.

For example:

๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’šDriving home from work and when you arrive, you cannot remember any details of the journey.

๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’šBrushing your hair and you come up with an innovative idea to solve a problem at work.

๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’šYou are immersed in a task and you feel completely in the moment.

Theta waves are most associated with internal focus, relaxation, meditation and attaining a flow state of mind. Now, this is what makes them interesting to psychologists and scientists. Because if we can somehow generate theta waves ourselves, we can tap into all this potential.
